Well Brandon you have a bit of a quandry don’t you? As it will be later in the afternoon I would tend to serve something simple and savoury, but not too heavy in the calories department! Most of us ladies are battling some sort of “War of the Bulge!” Something that doesn’t require more than two bites to eat also as there will be quite a lot of chat about aforementioned rennos., and one doesn’t want to be caught with a big mouthful of food when replying to a potential clients questions. As far as drinks go offer fresh brewed coffee, tea or a nice homemade lemonade syrup mixed with low sodium soda water. A few zests of lemon or lime in the pitcher would look lovely. A nice refreshing drink that should get the brain firing! Good luck with the meeting. Let us know how it all went.

Our food stylist made this recipe from scratch for our photo shoot and it turned out. She’s currently on vacation but as soon as she returns, I’ll ask her if she made any modifications to the recipe and I’ll let you know.

Cran-raspberry pie did not turn out. Did you forget the binding agent required to hold the pie together? I followed your recipe and ended up with a carmel colored top and mushy berries. In your recipe I see a white custard topping mine was carmel colored, A white top isn’t possible with your listed ingredients. Plse respond.

Brandon, what a great recipe. I’ve been using chocolate as the mysterious ingredient for years. Next, you gotta add baon. I use about 8 strips, chopped, fried & drained.

Sounds great. I think it will be delicious on a jet’s game night.
