Mustard Slather
Ingredients
- 2 cups (500 mL) prepared yellow mustard
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) dill pickle juice
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) hot pepper sauce, such as Tabasco
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a glass bowl. This makes an excellent slather for ribs, brisket or pork butt.
