Ingredients
- 4 mint leaves
- 6 raspberries
- 3 sliced strawberries
- 1 tsp (5 mL) white sugar
- 2 lime slices
- 1 oz (30 mL) of apple juice
- 1 oz (30 mL) white rum
- 1 oz (30 mL) lychee liqueur
- Soda
Directions
In the bottom of a tall glass, muddle mint, raspberries, strawberries, sugar and lime. Add ice, apple juice, rum and lychee liqueur, stirring to mix. Top with soda and garnish with a strawberry and raspberry skewer.
